The house is a little small but has a great location and is perfect for us. We have rented larger homes in the past, many backing on to a green space or golf course and including use of a golf cart. We come primarily for the weather and very much enjoyed our time there and were quite comfortable. We recommend this home for any other snowbirds.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Yellow Bee. The home is well-located and roomie. We enjoyed using the barbecue almost every evening and several nights were spent relaxing around the chiminea. As is true of many rental homes, there was a few maintenance issues. But, on the whole, Yellow Bee was a great place to stay.

Great spacious home and amenities. Views of the Suspicion Mountains are fabulous. Plenty of trails nearby. Home provided everything we needed(including fresh fruit off the trees in the backyard. Neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to future visits!

The home is comfortable and well appointed. The agent is very attentive and helpful and it was a wonderful stay.

I stayed at the property for almost 4 months. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The little backyard is nice and shady. The 3rd bedroom was a great office space for me to work from home. I loved having access to the beautiful park behind the house. The property manager was pleasant and helpful.

This house was updated with new furnishings and sunscreens on the windows. It's really nice and I could work comfortably in the office / 2nd bedroom. The property manager was responsive and took care of a drip system leak with a landscaping co. Overall was a great stay.

The condo is in a convenient Scottsdale location and has everything you need for a great stay. We especially enjoyed the two large patio areas that are very private and facing a lush greenbelt to relax. Property manager was nice to work with and responsive to our questions.

This house had it all. Plenty of parking, furnishings were new and the owners left us a welcome gift basket with goodies. Would stay again.

The townhouse was clean and nicely appointed with what we needed for our winter stay. Property manager was responsive and provided new coffee maker quickly when it stopped working. Nelle also provided a lot of new linens when we arrived. Home is kept up. Workout room and Clubhouse were great.

What a fabulous home and location. We were impressed with the cleanliness and everything it has to offer. If you like to stay in and cook it is filled with everything you need. The Master Bedroom is split from the other rooms so you can put the kids down the hall and have your peace and quiet. The pool is gorgeous and big. You can sit in the yard and have a great BBQ or just relax with a glass of wine. The location could not be more perfect and easy access to everything in town. Your only 20 minutes away from all directions. The neighborhood also has a great walking path and close to mountain hikes that were great views. All I can say is we are thrilled with this VRBO and will be recommending it to everyone we know. The Price was perfect and we cannot wait to return. Book it and do not think twice... YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY YOU DID!!

All I can say is WOW!! This place is absolutely stunning with everything you could possibly want and need! Decorated Perfectly, Kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and glasses for a large group, and it is Super Clean!! The location is perfect to get to downtown for a baseball game and restaurants, the Football Stadium is only 20 minutes away and right off the freeway and its close to Scottsdale for any event and fun. Also, Sedona is only one hour and fifteen minutes away off the I-17 Freeway, so it was super easy to get there. We could not be happier with our choice of this Amazing Home and we DEFITIEY WILL BE COMING BACK TO STAY!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS PLACE!!

Service from Nelle at Firebird was very good. The property was dated and needed some TLC and updates. Great location for walking within Sun Lakes - phase 2, or driving in the area to Phoenix or Chandler. Property should be priced at $2000/month.

The accommodation was very good and location was excellent in Sun Lakes - Cottonwood.

This house was a perfect home while our house was being built. The manager was always responsive and worked with us for all our date changes due to construction delays. They even upgraded the internet. We had no issues with the house ever and did use the amenities thru the guest program. Excellent Stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Shadow Run. It was quiet and clean, and it included all the necessary amenities to live comfortably. My wife works from home and she was able to work without any issues.The neighbors were friendly and respectful.Highly recommended!! 5 stars.

The house is well furnished and has lots of light. We loved the backyard with full house length covered patio where we could have guests over and enjoy the nice winter weather. Nelle the property manager was helpful. We needed an extra garage remote and she provided and programmed it right away. Good property management company.

Great place to stay while we were purchasing a home in Phoenix area! The location was ideal for us - close to work, stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The property manager was responsive in getting locks adjusted for back gate so was able to close correctly. I recommend for vacation too. The back patio has a nice vacation vibe.

We stayed at Melody Cir. for a sister's weekend and couldn't be more pleased! The rooms were nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, huge kitchen with an open concept, and clean. We had enough space to spread out, and was in a very convenient location. We especially enjoyed the backyard oasis and pool, where we spent a lot of time. There is also a nice soaking tub in the master bath that I enjoyed. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Arizona!

I met my girlfriends at this house for a weekend of fun in the sun and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house has plenty of space to spread out, a super convenient location, very clean and comfortable, and the patio area and pool was on point! We had such a great time. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended! I can't wait to go back.
